The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street,
Christiansburg, Virginia 24073. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments
concerning:
A street vacation request by HS Development II, LLC for the vacation of a 0.151 acre
portion of the existing public street and right-of-way at the southern terminus of Sunset Drive NE.
Information on the preceding ordinance, the Town’s Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and Future
Land Use Map may be viewed in the Planning Department, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg,
VA 24073-3029 during normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
