The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:
All that parcel of land in the City of Radford, Virginia, known as 2412 Second Street and designated as tax map number 19- (7)-SEC 17-14 standing in the name of Howard Walker, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 et. Seq. of the Code of Virginia.
And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Emma Leigh Whittaker and Ma kea la Whittaker, whose last known post office address is 1780 Gallimore Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073; that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Melody Johnston Martin, whose last known post office address is 1408 Grove Drive, Pulaski, VA 24301; that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Thomas Linkous, whose last known post office address is 222 Allen Avenue #49, Radford, VA 24141; and that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Hallie Linkous, whose last known post office address is 108 Jeffries Drive, Unit J, Radford, VA 24141.
It is ORDERED that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Radford News Journal and that the parties named herein appear on or before 6.20.25, at 9:30 a.m. in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Radford, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
