The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street,
Christiansburg, Virginia 24073. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments
concerning:
A street vacation request by GAD Management Inc. for the vacation of the existing
temporary cul-de-sac located on the east side of the property located at 425 Industrial Drive NE. The adjoining property is identified as Tax Parcel 500-((A))-5H (Parcel ID 032660).
The temporary cul-de-sac is shown on a plat recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 2005008100.
Information on the preceding ordinance, the Town’s Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and Future
Land Use Map may be viewed in the Planning Department, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg,
VA 24073-3029 during normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
