Rodney Dale Howell, 60, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026. Born Oct. 3, 1965, he was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Junior and Ethel DeWitt Howell.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Krista Howell McPeak (J.C.); grandchildren, Caedan Howell and Presley McPeak; sister and brother-in-law, Pamela Hopkins (Randy), and Pam Mitchem; brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl Howell (Tina), Randy Howell (Pat), and Leo Howell; special friends, Charlie Thompson and David Byrd; lifelong companion, Sandy Howell; and numerous other family members and special friends.
The family would like to thank Lewis Gale Montgomery for the care provided during this time.
Friends were received Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, followed by a funeral service. Entombment followed in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin.
The Howell family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
