TOWN COUNCIL
The Town of Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073, pursuant to Sections 15.2-2204 and 15.2-2285 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments
concerning:
- Conditional Use Permit request by Kevin T. Carter and Anne M. Carter, Property Owners, and Tow 360 LLC, Applicant, to allow a towing service on approximately 4.396 acres located at 492 Kiwanis Lane SE and further identified as Tax Parcel 528 -((A)) – 73 (Parcel ID 014664), in the General Industrial (I-2) zoning district. The
property is designated as Business/Commercial on the Future Land Use Map of the 2013 Christiansburg Comprehensive Plan..
Town Hall will be open and available to receive public comments in person at the time of this Public Hearing. A copy of the applications, the Town’s Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and
