PLANNING COMMISSION
The Town of Christiansburg Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall,
100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073, pursuant to Sections 15.2-2204 and 15.2-
2285 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive
public comments concerning:
- Conditional Use Permit request by Kevin T. Carter and Anne M. Carter,
Property Owners, and Tow 360 LLC, Applicant, to allow a towing service on
approximately 4.396 acres located at 492 Kiwanis Lane SE and further identified
as Tax Parcel 528 – ((A)) – 73 (Parcel ID 014664), in the General Industrial (I-2)
zoning district. The property is designated as Business/Commercial on the Future Land Use Map of the 2013 Christiansburg Comprehensive Plan.
Town Hall will be open and available to receive public comments in-person at the time of this Public Hearing. A copy of the application, the Town’s Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and
Future Land Use Map may be viewed in the Planning Department Office, 100 E. Main Street,
