Patty Lou Flinchum, 70, of Hiwassee, passed away Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026. Born Sept. 14, 1955, she was preceded in death by her father, Bernard McKinney.
Survivors include her husband, Richard C. Flinchum of Hiwassee; mother, Nora McKinney of Kentucky; daughter, Angela (Shawn) McCroskey of Pearisburg; son, Joseph Allen Keffer, Jr. of Pembroke; sisters, Scottie Neice of Pearisburg and Kay Anderson of Rocky Gap; grandchildren, Dillan and Kaitlyn; great-grandson, Nathaniel; stepdaughter, Brandy Altizer (Josh) of Floyd; and many other relatives and friends.
The family received friends Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services followed with Rev. Neil Wood officiating. Interment followed in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
The Flinchum family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
