Wilda Ann Albert Lay, 85, of Christiansburg, passed away Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026. Born Oct. 30, 1940, she worked for over 20 years in the Controller’s Office at Virginia Tech. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Albert and Lorine Humphries Rawlings; sister, Norma “Jeannie” Saunders; and brother, Leonard Albert Jr.
Survivors include her son, Michael Lay; daughter, Lisa Puster; granddaughters, Meredith and Morgan; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family received friends Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Graveside services and burial followed in the West View Cemetery in Radford.
